Dan
Dan grew up in south Texas and started hunting at a very early age. He spends countless hours in the field almost daily and knows the properties like the back of his hand. His love of hunting has taken him to worldwide destinations such as, Africa, Australia, Mexico, Argentina, Canada, Central America, and fifteen states. These destinations obviously have given him plenty experience; which we all know is the greatest teacher. Bobcats, deer, and spring turkey are his love and you can rest assured that he will go to whatever lengths necessary to make your hunt go smoothly. |

Chaise
Chaise, grew up in Katy, Texas hunting from a young man. He started out calling varmints and moved on from there. He has the ability, it seems, to always be in the right place at the right time. As the manager of Mellon Creek Outfitters he is on the ranch as much as anyone. Chaise spends endless hours scouting and knows where the game lives. We feel Chaise missed his calling though, he could have retired by now had he used his abilities as a comedian. Should Chaise guide your hunt we only hope that you can see the animals through the tears in your eyes. Chaise has hunted several states as well as Argentina. |

Dustin (Manager MCO)
Dustin grew up in the Texas Hill Country and has hunted all of his life. Deer hunting is without question Dustin’s passion and it shows. For the past two seasons he has guided three out of the four biggest deer. His hunting abilities are second to none and everyone that hunts with him always has a great time. A professional in all he does.

Joe
Joe spent a few years guiding deer hunts and was very successful. He focuses now on other endeavors that demand more of his time. He still guides for us when our clients want bobcats and his hounds are second to none. Bobcats are another species that Mellon Creek Outfitters can claim 100% success on. Joe is a huge part of that 100% reason. |

Jimmy
Jimmy does all of the booking for Mellon Creek Outfitters and guides spring turkey hunts. He is an avid turkey hunter and it shows. You will find Jimmy to be very thorough at making your hunt a success. From your first phone call until your trip home Jimmy will make certain that all goes smoothly. |

Dean Scroeder (Chef)
Dean graduated from the culinary institute of America and has been very successful with his cooking endeavors. He has various clients that he cooks for on a regular basis and owns a catering company. Mellon Creek Outfitters is fortunate to have him and he has made our clients gain a few pounds. You will always find Dean to be in a very good mood and very helpful. If you like venison ask Dean to prepare his signature venison during your stay at the Mellon. |
